- Welcome, advise and serve clients on the shop floor consistently delivering the highest standard of luxury customer service.
- Implement clientelling strategies and proactively recruit, develop and retain high-value clients through 1:1 personalised shopping and follow-up.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge across accessories, leather goods, women’s ready-to-wear and fine jewellery; remain informed on marketing campaigns, launches and promotions.
- Achieve individual and departmental sales targets, maximise add-on sales and ensure sales generated by one-to-one (OTO) appointments.
- Follow all stock management, cash, credit and exchange procedures and assist in loss prevention and security measures.
- Maintain impeccable housekeeping and merchandising standards within the department to reflect brand positioning.
- Deal effectively with customer complaints and escalate to management where necessary to preserve client relationships.
- Contribute positively to team meetings, train and support peers, and carry out additional duties as directed by management.
- Minimum three years’ experience in luxury fashion retail, preferably within accessories and leather goods.
- Strong product knowledge of accessories and leather goods; familiarity with women’s ready-to-wear and fine jewellery advantageous.
- Proven clienteling and relationship-building skills with a demonstrable track record of developing long-term clients.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation skills and a polished, service-oriented demeanour.
- Commercially driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to departmental performance.
- Confident, positive team player who upholds luxury standards and brand values.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in luxury retail sales, with specific exposure to accessories and leather goods, client development and achieving individual sales targets in a high-end boutique environment.
Secondary education required; a degree or vocational qualification in fashion, retail or business is advantageous but not mandatory.
