1. Manage key sales and client relationships through effective use of client books and databases to enhance customer connections and optimize sales.

4. Drive product sales and contribute to achieving store growth targets.
5. Coordinate the repair and transfer of items within and outside the region.
6. Demonstrate teamwork and leadership skills to support the boutique team and assist in coaching and training team members on product knowledge and departmental collections.
7. Engage clients effectively, fostering loyalty by embodying and conveying brand values.
8. Ensure the sales space is well-maintained and reflects the store’s premium image.
9. Act as an instrumental team player in daily shop-floor operations within the boutique.

1. Strong experience in luxury retail, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
2. Prior experience in Jewelry or Ready-to-Wear (RTW) within the luxury retail sector.
3. Proven ability to deliver an exceptional luxury client experience.
4. Proficiency in Arabic or Russian is a significant advantage.

2. Professional in customer service with extensive luxury retail experience.
3. Positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, particularly in Jewelry or Ready-to-Wear (RTW).
