1. Provide exemplary customer service and maintain high standards of client care in line with the Maison's values.
2. Act as an ambassador for Christian Dior, ensuring each customer feels valued and receives a personalized experience.
3. Contribute to the store's sales growth by effectively presenting the brand's image and products.
4. Mentor and train new team members, collaborating with management to ensure proper induction and development.
5. Build and maintain customer loyalty through CRM initiatives, including follow-ups, event organization, and innovative engagement strategies.
6. Create a welcoming and client-focused environment, delivering exceptional service in-person, over the phone, and through digital communication.
7. Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring mutual benefit for the client and the business.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
2. University degree or Fashion school diploma.
3. Proficiency in English at C1-C2 level; additional languages are advantageous.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 and basic digital software.
