1. Cultivate and manage client relationships within the boutique, aiming to enhance brand image and drive sales.
2. Serve as a mentor to new team members, providing training and coaching in collaboration with the boutique management team.
3. Build customer loyalty through CRM initiatives, including contact management, follow-up activities, and event organization.
4. Ensure a client-focused environment by delivering exceptional service in-person, over the phone, and through digital communication.
5. Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues effectively, benefiting both the business and the client.

1. 5 to 10 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
2. University degree or Fashion school diploma.
3. Proficiency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are advantageous.
4. Familiarity with Office 360 and basic digital software.
