- Lead the development of women's handbag collections, including preparing collection briefs for the studio, identifying trends, market opportunities, and strategic directions.
- Validate model and name registrations in collaboration with the Legal team.
- Oversee technical development with industrial and quality teams.
- Supervise the marketing attribute coding and maintain product reference standards.
- Edit the collection plan in collaboration with the Studio and development teams, providing product recommendations and adjustments until the showroom phase.
- Develop the modelario, a collection dashboard and purchasing tool.
- Formulate pricing strategies in collaboration with the industrial team, including collection pricing, repricing, and margin control.
- Craft product narratives for internal clients.
- Organize showrooms, managing prototypes and product shoots with the photo studio, and presenting products to Retail and Wholesale merchandisers.
- Conduct ad hoc market studies for Top Management and supervise competitive studies and price mapping.
- Coordinate 360° collection launches, presenting collections and product strategies to press, digital, VIP/VIC, and training teams.
- Manage prototype selection and availability for various shoots, and oversee Press, Digital, and VIP orders.
- Create post-showroom summary documents, including purchase recaps for press, training, and launch packs for different regions.
- Develop training content and sales support tools for the boutique network with the Training team.
- Manage and mentor a junior product manager.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in Product Marketing.
- Passion for fashion with a strong product sensitivity.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general IT tools.
- Ability to work swiftly in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and autonomy.
- Dynamic, curious, open-minded with strong communication, listening, and observational skills.
A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in product marketing within the fashion industry is required.
Degree in Business School, Marketing, Management, or equivalent.
