1. Develop collection briefs for the studio, focusing on trends, market opportunities, and strategic directions.
2. Collaborate with the Industrial Development team in Italy to construct the collection catalog.
3. Manage product codification and oversee the product reference system.
4. Edit the collection plan in collaboration with the studio and development teams, providing product recommendations and adjustments until the showroom phase.
5. Facilitate the availability of prototypes for various fittings requested by the studio.
6. Contribute to the establishment of processes and workflows in collaboration with the industrial team.
7. Monitor technical development with the Industrial Development team.
8. Present the collection to support teams including Legal and Customer Service.
9. Validate model and name registrations with the Legal team.
10. Coordinate with Visual Merchandising for the installation and development of specific props during showrooms.
11. Independently manage special projects such as Couture Footwear, Haute Couture, and Bridal collections.
12. Conduct ongoing competitive analysis, tracking collections, launches, and competitor initiatives.
13. Formulate strategic recommendations based on competitive studies.

1. Proven experience of at least 5 years in Product Development and Marketing outside of academic settings.
2. Trilingual proficiency in French, English, and Italian, with strong written and oral communication skills.
3. Educational background in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent fields.

Minimum of 5 years in Product Development and Marketing.

Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent.
