- Lead the development of women's footwear collections, preparing collection briefs for the Studio based on market trends and historical sales data.
- Collaborate closely with the Industrial Development team in Italy to construct the collection catalog.
- Manage product codification and maintain product reference standards.
- Edit the collection plan in collaboration with the Studio and development teams, providing product recommendations and adjustments up to the showroom phase.
- Ensure prototypes are available for fittings as requested by the Studio.
- Contribute to the establishment of processes and workflows in collaboration with the industrial team.
- Oversee technical development in conjunction with the Industrial Development team.
- Present collections to support teams such as Legal and Customer Service.
- Validate model and name registrations with the Legal team.
- Coordinate with Visual Merchandising for the installation and development of specific props during showrooms.
- Independently manage special projects including Couture Footwear, Haute Couture, and Bridal collections.
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis, monitoring competitor collections, launches, and pricing to provide strategic recommendations.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in Product Development and Marketing outside of academic studies.
- Educational background in Business School, Marketing, Management, or equivalent.
- Fluency in French, English, and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Excellent writing and oral presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and initiative skills.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and autonomy.
- Curiosity, openness, and strong communication, listening, and observational skills.
Minimum of 5 years in product development and marketing.
Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent.
