Christian Dior Senior Manager, Data Science & Data Solutions

- Lead PCD China’s data science function: define and align local roadmap with global strategy, and oversee end-to-end development, deployment and maintenance of ML models using Dataiku.
- Drive PCD’s Generative AI strategy: architect technical foundations, lead development of GenAI solutions, and establish responsible-AI governance and best practices.
- Partner with Brand and Performance Media teams to embed data-driven insights into media strategies across Tencent, Douyin and RED, improving media efficiency and measurable returns.
- Own omni-channel data collection, CDP onboarding and client-tag taxonomy: prioritise sources, enable downstream systems and maintain a 360-degree client view for commercial activation.
- Manage data quality, governance and compliance (including PIPL), coordinating with Legal, Beauty Tech and Security stakeholders.
- Define and implement data monitoring rules, report data defects, and ensure projects respect timelines and budgets while federating cross-functional stakeholders.
- Minimum 8 years’ hands-on experience in AI/ML modelling or data innovation roles; prior tenure as a Data Scientist or data lead required.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional data projects and driving business impact; experience in Retail, Consumer Goods, Cosmetics or Luxury is strongly preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative, technical or business discipline.
- Strong commercial orientation, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and ability to translate technical work into business outcomes.

At least eight years' relevant experience in AI/ML modelling, data innovation or analytics leadership, with demonstrated delivery of production models and data-driven solutions; prior exposure to retail/consumer or luxury beauty environments and cross-functional program leadership is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or a related field.
