1. Oversee the IT operations at the Singapore HQ, ensuring seamless functionality of all hardware and software systems.
2. Provide level 1 and 2 support for user workstations, including hardware and application troubleshooting.
3. Maintain the IT infrastructure, including conference room and network equipment.
4. Serve as the primary IT resource on-site, collaborating closely with the regional IS&T team in Hong Kong.
5. Train and coordinate with the 3rd party service desk team responsible for level 0 and 1 support.
6. Develop and maintain a knowledge-base and document repository as needed.
7. Participate in IT project roadmap activities, including asset management and collaboration with regional and central teams.
8. Manage technology-related projects within retail store environments, overseeing vendor communications and project deliverables.
9. Implement IT solutions for stores and events, including POS systems and network infrastructure.
10. Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
11. Ensure IT security for Singapore, working with the Regional IT Security Manager to detect suspicious activities.

1. Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

4. Good interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or customer service, with expertise in supporting computer hardware and software, basic back-end troubleshooting, and managing Windows Server and Active Directory.

Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
