1. Oversee the IT operations of the Singapore HQ, ensuring seamless support for all users' workstations and maintaining the IT infrastructure.
2. Serve as the primary IT resource onsite, providing level 1 and 2 support for hardware and applications.
3. Collaborate with the regional IS&T team in Hong Kong and train the third-party service desk team responsible for level 0 and 1 support.
4. Develop and maintain a knowledge base and document repository as needed.
5. Participate in corporate IT project roadmap activities, including asset management and collaboration on IT projects with regional and central teams.
6. Manage technology-related projects within retail store environments, including overseeing vendor deliverables and cost negotiations.
7. Implement IT solutions in stores and events, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and issues.
8. Work closely with regional IT for network configuration and device procurement.
9. Maintain IT security for Singapore, collaborating with the Regional IT Security Manager to detect suspicious activities.

1. Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

1. Proactive team player with excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or customer service, with expertise in supporting computer hardware and software, basic back-end troubleshooting, and managing Windows Server and Active Directory.

Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
