1. Implement a comprehensive on-boarding process for new employees.
2. Ensure meticulous HR administration for the designated workforce.
3. Advise management on labor law and employee relations activities.
4. Provide HR services and support to employees on all HR matters.
5. Assist line managers with daily planning activities.
6. Manage industrial relations and address employee relations issues.
7. Engage internal legal advisors for labor law and employee relations matters.
8. Offer recommendations to management based on issue analysis.
9. Ensure accurate and timely handling of employee data and contract changes.
10. Oversee workforce planning, including job rotation and flexibility initiatives.
11. Coordinate local performance evaluations and compensation reviews.
12. Execute the local employee experience strategy action plan.
13. Develop and implement a localized HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
14. Champion organizational culture and values in HR initiatives.
15. Develop HR initiatives to enhance employee retention and engagement.
16. Implement company policies, procedures, and development projects.
17. Direct local learning initiatives and talent development programs.
18. Conduct employee feedback surveys and implement action plans.
19. Monitor and enhance HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
20. Ensure data integrity in the HR management system.
21. Address internal audit requirements as necessary.
22. Collaborate with third-party vendors for contingent worker management.
23. Promote a lean manufacturing culture and manage metrics for continuous improvement.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's in Human Resources Management.
2. Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a dynamic international setting, focusing on manufacturing operations.
3. Thorough understanding of labor laws at the national contract level.

8. Familiarity with HR software, especially SuccessFactors and Zucchetti.
9. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
10. Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher).
11. Advanced Excel knowledge.

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HR within a dynamic international setting, specifically focusing on manufacturing operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's in Human Resources Management.
