Christian Dior Senior Demand Planner

- Conduct monthly forecast reviews and demand planning for assigned product categories.
- Analyze weekly business trends against last year and forecast, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Review and update forecasts for seasonal and permanent products at the SKU level.
- Manage full-year sales construction, ensuring alignment between SKU forecasts and category/season forecasts.
- Collaborate with merchandising and HQ teams to align sales forecasts by category and season.
- Size Open to Buy envelopes to support seasonal collection purchases, ensuring departmental alignment.
- Ensure data accuracy for major events, new launches, and discontinued items within forecasting tools.
- Facilitate monthly forecast review meetings with zone and central merchandising and planning teams.
- Develop and enhance current reports and forecasting tools for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Forecasting.
- APICS/Forecast training and certification is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to manage large datasets.
- Experience with databases and Power BI is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to navigate cross-functional priorities.
- Ability to work independently and maintain self-motivation.
- Positive and open-minded approach to collaboration.
- Ability to structure and synthesize data and processes.
- Result-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Forecasting.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business.
Salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
