1. Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or customer service in retail or hospitality.
2. Fluency in Japanese; proficiency in English and Chinese is advantageous.
3. Knowledge of e-commerce is preferred.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Knowledge of Salesforce and e-commerce tools is preferred.
