1. Assist in the creation and management of an incident database and corresponding solutions.
2. Contribute to regulatory monitoring in security and safety matters.
3. Participate in security and safety assessments for the jewelry headquarters.
4. Support the implementation of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
5. Engage in the development of emergency and crisis management tools and procedures.
6. Assist in securing jewelry events.
7. Create or update procedures and training materials.
8. Review internal documents for coherence, including presentations and procedures.
9. Monitor security services for jewelry-related activities such as photoshoots and showrooms.
10. Oversee budget management and organizational and technical improvements.

1. Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Security or Risk Management.

1. Autonomous and meticulous with strong writing skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication.
3. Proactive with strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
4. Discreet and confidential.
5. Proficient in office software tools.
6. Fluent in English.

No prior experience required.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Security or Risk Management.
