1. Support all incoming and outbound merchandise flows, including ecommerce shipping to the Regional Digital warehouse.
2. Adhere to storage rules, stock procedures, and best practices.
3. Assist with inventory activities, including weekly cycle counts and annual inventory.
4. Provide administrative support for Care Services and assist the sales team with key procedures.
5. Demonstrate knowledge and respect for key policies and processes.
6. Exemplary use of all back-office tools.
7. Supervise supplies needs, including uniforms and consumable supplies.
8. Ensure maintenance and upkeep of store facilities.

1. Required knowledge and experience in retail and service fields.

1. Knowledge of luxury products.
2. Proficiency in English and other languages is a plus.
3. Basic IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
4. Positive and kind demeanor.
5. Strong team-working skills.
6. Flexible and hardworking attitude.

At least two years of experience in a related field is preferred.
