1. Support all incoming and outgoing physical and IT merchandise flows, including receiving, order follow-up, ticketing, transfers, and shipments, with a focus on ecommerce shipping to the Regional Digital warehouse.
2. Adhere to storage rules, stock procedures, and best practices to ensure efficient stock management.
3. Assist in inventory activities, including weekly cycle counts and annual inventory.
4. Provide administrative support for Care Services and assist the sales team with key procedures.
5. Demonstrate knowledge and respect for key policies and processes, and proficiently use all back-office tools.
6. Oversee supplies needs, including uniforms and consumable supplies, and ensure maintenance and store upkeep.

1. Required knowledge and experience in the retail and service field.

1. Knowledge of luxury products.
2. Proficiency in English and other languages is a plus.
3. Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
4. Positive and kind attitude.
5. Strong team-working skills.
6. Flexibility and hard-working nature.

A minimum of two years of experience in the retail and service industry is preferred.
