1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques.
2. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with product stories.
3. Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales.
4. Provide exceptional customer service and retail ceremony.
5. Manage customer database and clienteling effectively.
6. Ensure a welcoming client-focused environment.
7. Develop and maintain local and international client book.
8. Resolve client issues in partnership with management.
9. Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
10. Prepare deliveries and packaging for products.

1. 2-3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
2. University education or a Fashion school degree.
3. Fluency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are a plus.
