1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques.
2. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with product stories.
3. Understand daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
4. Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales.
5. Provide exceptional customer service and retail ceremony.
6. Manage customer database and clienteling.
7. Ensure a welcoming client-focused environment.
8. Develop and maintain a local and international client book.
9. Resolve client issues in partnership with the management team.
10. Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
11. Prepare deliveries and essential elements for product packaging.

1. 2-3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
2. University degree or Fashion school degree.
3. Fluency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are a plus.
4. Proficiency in Office 360 and basic digital software knowledge.
