- Assist in the day-to-day management of the boutique alongside the Boutique Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
- Achieve sales goals for specific product categories while minimizing stock losses.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product and range knowledge.
- Participate in staffing, scheduling, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to enhance performance.
- Maximize sales and measure sales performance and conversion rates daily.
- Provide and inspire outstanding customer service.
- Assign and monitor sales goals for Sales Associates.
- Develop clientele and manage customer relationships.
- Prepare merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising concepts and guidelines.
- Train, coach, develop, and manage sales associates in selling skills.
- Conduct and participate in regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, product knowledge, and merchandising.
- Facilitate communication between management and associates.
- Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales, trunk shows, and contests.
- Train team on optimizing Capture Rate and After Sale to develop personal customer database.
- Oversee and participate in department inventories and monitor proper pricing of merchandise.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, including security and record-keeping procedures.
- Solve problems affecting the department’s service, efficiency, and productivity.
- Lock and secure the store, ensuring compliance with all security procedures.
- 4+ years of retail experience, preferably with at least 1 year in management within a luxury product setting.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry with a fashion sensitivity consistent with the brand.
- Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity.
- Ability to develop and train associates and build relationships.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Effective management of sales staff toward achieving sales and clienteling objectives.
- Efficient boutique operations management, including attendance, merchandising, and housekeeping standards.
- Effective merchandising skills.
- Ability to maintain consistent standards for the workforce.
- Time management and priority adjustment in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Proficiency in operating necessary equipment, including POS systems and office equipment.
Minimum of 3 years in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury product setting.
