- Assist in the day-to-day management of the boutique and achieve sales goals for specific product categories.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service in line with Christian Dior expectations.
- Meet sales targets and minimize stock losses.
- Demonstrate excellent product and range knowledge.
- Participate in staffing, scheduling, merchandising, and inventory.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate team members.
- Maximize sales and measure sales performance and conversion rates daily.
- Assist in assigning and monitoring sales goals of Sales Associates.
- Responsible for clientele development.
- Participate in merchandise displays and presentations.
- Train, coach, develop, and manage sales associates in selling skills.
- Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.
- Facilitate communication between management and associates.
- Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
- Train the team on optimizing Capture Rate and After Sale to develop personal customer database.
- Oversee and participate in department inventories.
- Monitor proper pricing of merchandise.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Solve problems affecting service, efficiency, and productivity.
- Lock and secure the store and oversee compliance with security procedures.
- 4+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a management role, preferably in a luxury product setting.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity consistent with the brand.
- Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity.
- Ability to maintain presence on the selling floor for extended periods.
- Develop and train associates, build relationships, and utilize skills of associates appropriately.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Effectively manage sales staff toward achievement of sales and clienteling objectives.
- Manage boutique operations effectively, including attendance, merchandising, and housekeeping standards.
- Merchandise effectively.
- Maintain fair and consistent standards as they apply to the workforce.
- Adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, and listen attentively to others.
- Operate all necessary equipment, including POS systems, PC, phone systems, and cash register.
4+ years of retail experience required, with at least 1 year in a management role, preferably in a luxury product setting.
