1. Assist with day-to-day management of the boutique
2. Achieve sales goals for specific product categories
3. Ensure the highest level of customer service
4. Meet sales targets and minimize stock losses
5. Demonstrate excellent product and range knowledge
6. Participate in staffing, scheduling, merchandising, and inventory
7. Supervise, coach, and motivate team members
8. Increase sales and measure sales performance and conversion rates daily
9. Provide and inspire outstanding service to customers
10. Assign and monitor sales goals of Sales Associates
11. Responsible for clientele development
12. Participate in merchandise displays and presentations
13. Train, coach, develop, and lead sales associates in selling skills
14. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and sales training
15. Facilitate proper communication between management and associates
16. Participate in sales promotion activities

1. At least 4+ years of retail experience, preferably with at least 1 year of management in a luxury product setting
2. Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity
3. Strong knowledge of the luxury industry
4. Ability to maintain presence on selling floor for long periods
5. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills
