Christian Dior Sales Planner

- Review monthly forecasts in Anaplan for assigned product categories in collaboration with the merchandising team.
- Analyze business trends and conduct detailed analyses by product lines and countries to enhance forecast accuracy and anticipate market trends.
- Prepare and lead forecast validation meetings.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team during buying sessions for each collection.
- Coordinate with Central and Regional teams on new product launch strategies.
- Monitor high and low product trends and shortages with the Regional Distribution team.
- Identify product growth opportunities in collaboration with Merchandising.
- Facilitate communication across various departments.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving team efficiency and visibility.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
- Tertiary education in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Sales Planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.
- Analytical skills with a strong numerical aptitude.
- Proficiency in Anaplan and PowerBI is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin; additional language skills are beneficial.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Sales Planning is required.
Tertiary education in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
