- Manage the overall EMEA sales forecast for multiple product categories.
- Develop sales forecasts across all references within the categories.
- Collaborate closely with distribution and merchandising teams to refine projections.
- Communicate forecast results to relevant teams through various meetings and presentations.
- Co-develop the Best Estimate with Business Planning teams.
- Monitor daily performance of categories, including sales tracking, mix, and growth.
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance analyses against last year and forecast.
- Work in tandem with the distribution team to optimize information sharing.
- Participate in showrooms and assist in constructing the Open-to-Buy (OTB) for four buying sessions (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter).
- Support merchandisers during new collection purchases, focusing on strategy, volume, and mix.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in supply chain and sales forecasting.
- Proficiency in information systems and data manipulation (Excel, Anaplan, Power BI).
- Fluency in English in a professional context.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and business challenges.
- Analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information.
- Reliability, rigor, and adaptability.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within supply chain and sales forecasting.
