1. Deliver exemplary client service and product expertise to identify customer needs and achieve individual and store sales targets.
2. Advise clients on product features, styling and care; articulate the brand’s heritage and product narratives.
3. Maintain immaculate store presentation through merchandising, replenishment, pricing and labelling of merchandise.
4. Receive and process deliveries, conduct cycle counts and participate in physical inventory checks as required.
5. Execute the full sales process in accordance with Dior retail standards, policies and performance metrics.
6. Support other in-store departments and contribute to team objectives, including participation in visual merchandising and store maintenance tasks.

1. High school diploma or equivalent (high school degree required).
2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client-service orientation.
3. Professional demeanour, empathy and ability to build rapport with a discerning clientele.
4. Capacity to perform efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple tasks.
5. Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and some public holidays.
6. Prior experience in retail or apparel sales is desirable and will be considered an advantage.
