6. Maintain awareness of sales targets and department performance on a daily and weekly basis.
7. Adhere to stock management procedures and support the team in maintaining high standards of housekeeping and display.
8. Familiarize with selling systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures.
9. Ensure the department operates in accordance with company administration systems to minimize losses.
10. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute positively.
11. Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.
