- Introduce add-on sales and maximize sales potential in line with individual and departmental targets.
- Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
- Stay informed about sales targets and department performance on a daily and weekly basis.
- Adhere to stock management procedures.
- Support the team in maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping and display within the department.
- Be proficient with selling systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures.
- Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards within the store.
- Take necessary actions to maximize security and prevent product theft.
- Ensure the department operates in accordance with company administration systems and procedures to minimize losses.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute positively.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.
- Previous experience within luxury fashion.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for Christian Dior and its collections.
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Strong organizational and stock management skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury fashion sales is required.
