1. Greet, serve, and advise customers, providing the highest standard of customer service at all times.
2. Develop customer loyalty by building relationships through a personal shopper style approach.
3. Demonstrate product knowledge across all categories and stay informed about current advertising, marketing campaigns, new launches, and promotions.
4. Introduce add-on sales and achieve maximum sales potential in line with individual and departmental targets.
5. Effectively handle customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
6. Maintain knowledge of sales targets and boutique performance on a daily and weekly basis.
7. Follow all stock management procedures.
8. Support the team in maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping and display within the department/boutique.
9. Be conversant with selling systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures.
10. Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards within the store.
11. Take necessary actions to maximize security and prevent product theft.
12. Ensure the department operates in accordance with company administration systems and procedures to minimize losses.
13. Participate in team meetings and contribute positively.
14. Carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team.

1. Previous experience within luxury fashion.
2. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
3. An existing client book and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
4. A passion for Christian Dior and its collections.
5. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
6. Fluency in a second language (preferred).

Minimum 3 years

Must be available to work full-time (40 hours per week), with Monday-Sunday flexibility.
