1. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
2. Provide exceptional customer service in-person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.

5. Support boutique operations including floor moves, visual merchandising, and inventory management.

8. Operate necessary equipment such as phone systems, cash registers, and computers.
9. Maintain a welcoming and client-focused environment.
10. Participate in inventory counts and protect boutique assets.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
2. Strong drive for business results with a passion for fashion and creativity.
3. Ability to develop strong relationships through effective communication and organization skills.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales and client service, preferably within the luxury sector.
