- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Develop a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.

- 2+ years of experience in retail or hospitality environments.
- Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity and fashion.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and an agile mindset.
- Ability to develop lasting relationships through strong communication.
- Proficiency in prioritization and time management in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or hospitality is required.
