1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPI)
2. Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive mindset
3. Ensure a welcoming client-focused environment, offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication
4. Develop a local and international client book with the ability to recruit and develop top clients
5. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients through the details and stories of products
6. Problem-solve in partnership with the management team to resolve client issues to the benefit of the business and the client

1. 2+ years of experience in retail or hospitality environment
2. Fluent in German and English, another language is a plus

3. Ability to develop lasting relationships with people through strong communication
4. Prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
