1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
2. Maintain a client-focused environment, offering exemplary service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
3. Develop and maintain a robust client book, cultivating relationships with both local and international clients.
4. Demonstrate strong product knowledge, engaging clients with the stories and details of the products.
5. Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
6. Locate merchandise at other boutiques for clients and accurately process charge-send sales.
7. Organize stock on the floor and in the stockroom, participating in inventory and cycle counts.
8. Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise when necessary.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
2. Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
3. Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships through effective communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
4. Outstanding customer service skills, including in-person, phone, and electronic communication.
5. Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete business and client-related documentation.

A minimum of 3 years in retail sales and client service, ideally within the luxury sector.

Hourly wage ranging from $24 to $26.
