- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
- Maintain a client-focused environment, offering exemplary service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
- Develop and manage a client book, cultivating relationships with local and international clients.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and engage clients with the stories and details of the products.
- Collaborate with leadership to resolve client issues effectively.
- Support boutique operations, including floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping.
- Locate merchandise for clients and process charge-send sales according to company guidelines.
- Manage individual stock assignments and participate in inventory counts.
- Assist in packing or wrapping customer merchandise as needed.
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
- Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity and fashion.
- Ability to develop strong relationships through effective communication and organization.
- Outstanding customer service skills across various communication channels.
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to operate necessary equipment, including phone systems and cash registers.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 30 lbs.
- Exceptional client service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in operating retail equipment and systems.
- Adaptability to fast-paced and evolving business trends.
- Problem-solving skills in partnership with leadership.
Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably within the luxury sector.
Salary range of $21-$24 per hour, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
