1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators.

5. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with product stories.
6. Support floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
7. Locate merchandise at other boutiques and process charge-send sales.
8. Organize stock on the floor and participate in inventory counts.
9. Assist in packing or wrapping customers' merchandise.

1. At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.

1. Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
2. Outstanding customer service skills.
3. Ability to read, count, and write to complete documentation.
4. Adaptability to fast-paced environments and evolving business trends.
5. Ability to operate necessary equipment such as phone systems and cash registers.
6. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 30 lbs.
7. Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards.

At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.

Salary range of $21 - $24 per hour, plus bonus eligibility.
