1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive mindset.

4. Develop and maintain a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
5. Demonstrate strong product expertise, engaging clients with the details and stories of the products.
6. Collaborate with the management team to resolve client issues effectively, benefiting both the business and the client.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
2. Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the Maison.
3. Fluent in German and English; additional language skills are a plus.

2. Ability to develop lasting relationships with clients through effective communication.
3. Outstanding customer service skills, including in-person, phone, and electronic communication.
4. Prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

At least 2 years of experience in retail or hospitality environments.
