1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

4. Develop a local and international client book with the ability to recruit and nurture top clients.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
2. Fluent in German and English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
