1. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators, including individual sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
2. Maintain a results-driven motivation and positive attitude, prioritizing teamwork at all times.
3. Ensure a welcoming, customer-focused environment, delivering top-tier service in-person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
4. Develop a local and international client book with the ability to recruit and cultivate high-profile clients.
5. Demonstrate strong product expertise, engaging clients by detailing product features and stories.
6. Resolve issues in partnership with the management team to ensure each customer concern is addressed for the benefit of the business.
7. Support product movements, merchandising, visual merchandising, and store maintenance as needed.
8. Assist in locating products in other stores for clients and process charge-send sales according to company guidelines.
9. Manage individual stock assignments, including organizing stock in-store and in the backroom.
10. Participate in all inventories and cycle counts, protecting store assets by understanding and adhering to operational procedures.
11. Assist with customer product packaging or wrapping as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of retail sales and customer service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
2. Strong motivation for commercial results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
3. Ability to develop strong, lasting relationships with people through communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
4. Provide exceptional customer service in-person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
5. Read, count, and write accurately to complete all business and client-related documentation.
6. Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a dynamic environment, adaptable to strategies responding to evolving business trends.
7. Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
8. Ability to use all equipment necessary to perform the job, including phone systems, cash registers, tag removers, computers, and other office equipment.
9. Ability to stand for long periods, move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures, and lift at least 30 lbs.
10. Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
