Christian Dior Sales Associate

- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
- Maintain a client-focused environment by offering exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
- Develop and manage a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
- Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with detailed product stories.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to resolve client issues effectively.
- Support boutique operations, including floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping.
- Locate merchandise across boutiques and process charge-send sales according to company guidelines.
- Manage individual stock assignments and participate in inventory counts.
- Assist with packing or wrapping customer merchandise as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
- Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity and fashion.
- Ability to build strong relationships through effective communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in providing outstanding customer service across various communication channels.
- Capability to read, count, and write to complete business and client documentation accurately.
- Adaptability to prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to operate necessary equipment such as phone systems, cash registers, and computers.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise up to 30 lbs.
