1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
2. Maintain a client-focused environment by offering exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
3. Develop and manage a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
4. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with detailed product stories.
5. Collaborate with the leadership team to resolve client issues effectively.
6. Support boutique operations, including floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping.
7. Locate merchandise across boutiques and process charge-send sales according to company guidelines.
8. Manage individual stock assignments and participate in inventory counts.
9. Assist with packing or wrapping customer merchandise as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
2. Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity and fashion.
3. Ability to build strong relationships through effective communication and organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in providing outstanding customer service across various communication channels.
5. Capability to read, count, and write to complete business and client documentation accurately.
6. Adaptability to prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
7. Willingness to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
8. Ability to operate necessary equipment such as phone systems, cash registers, and computers.
9. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise up to 30 lbs.
