Christian Dior Sales Associate

- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
- Cultivate a welcoming and client-focused environment, delivering exceptional service in-person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
- Develop and maintain a robust client book, both locally and internationally, to recruit and nurture top clients.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and engage clients with the stories and details of the products.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to resolve client issues effectively, ensuring business benefits.
- Support boutique operations, including floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
- Locate merchandise across boutiques for clients and process charge-send sales in accordance with company guidelines.
- Manage individual stock assignments, organize stock on the floor and in storage areas, and participate in inventory counts.
- Assist in packing or wrapping customer purchases as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
- Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
- Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships through effective communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Outstanding customer service skills, including in-person, phone, and electronic communication.
- Proficiency in reading, counting, and writing to complete business and client documentation accurately.
- Adaptability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment, responsive to evolving business trends.
- Willingness to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to operate necessary equipment, including phone systems, cash registers, and computers.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, move and handle merchandise, and lift at least 30 lbs.
- Commitment to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Exceptional client service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in sales techniques and client relationship management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using retail technology and equipment.
At least 3 years of experience in retail sales and client service, preferably within the luxury sector.
