1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
2. Cultivate a welcoming and client-focused environment, delivering exceptional service in-person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
3. Develop and maintain a robust client book, both locally and internationally, to recruit and nurture top clients.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and engage clients with the stories and details of the products.
5. Collaborate with the leadership team to resolve client issues effectively, ensuring business benefits.
6. Support boutique operations, including floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
7. Locate merchandise across boutiques for clients and process charge-send sales in accordance with company guidelines.
8. Manage individual stock assignments, organize stock on the floor and in storage areas, and participate in inventory counts.
9. Assist in packing or wrapping customer purchases as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
2. Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
3. Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships through effective communication, organization, and follow-through.
4. Outstanding customer service skills, including in-person, phone, and electronic communication.
5. Proficiency in reading, counting, and writing to complete business and client documentation accurately.
6. Adaptability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment, responsive to evolving business trends.
7. Willingness to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
8. Ability to operate necessary equipment, including phone systems, cash registers, and computers.
9. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, move and handle merchandise, and lift at least 30 lbs.
10. Commitment to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
