1. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators, including individual sales volume, units per transaction, and average transaction value.
2. Maintain a strong results-driven attitude and prioritize teamwork.
3. Ensure a welcoming and customer-focused environment, providing first-class service in person, by phone, and through electronic communications.
4. Develop a local and international client portfolio, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
5. Demonstrate solid product knowledge, engaging clients with product details and stories.
6. Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and other tasks as needed.
7. Assist in locating merchandise in other boutiques and correctly process 'charge-send' sales according to company guidelines.
8. Manage individual stock assignments, organizing inventory in the sales floor and back areas.
9. Participate in all inventories and cycle counts, protecting boutique assets by adhering to operational procedures.
10. Assist in packaging or wrapping client merchandise when necessary.

1. Minimum 3 years of retail sales and customer service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
2. Strong motivation for achieving business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
3. Ability to develop strong, lasting relationships through effective communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
4. Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and through electronic communication.
5. Availability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
