- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
- Maintain a client-focused environment, offering exemplary service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
- Develop and nurture a local and international client book, recruiting and cultivating top clients.
- Demonstrate strong product expertise, engaging clients with detailed knowledge and stories of the products.
- Collaborate with leadership to resolve client issues effectively, ensuring business benefits.
- Support boutique operations, including floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping.
- Locate merchandise at other boutiques for clients and process charge-send sales according to company guidelines.
- Manage individual stock assignments and participate in inventory counts to protect boutique assets.
- Assist in packing or wrapping customers' merchandise as needed.
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
- Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
- Ability to develop strong relationships through communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
- Ability to read, count, and write to complete business and client documentation accurately.
- Adaptability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to operate necessary equipment, including phone systems, cash registers, and computers.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures.
- Exceptional client service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and client relationship management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of luxury fashion and product expertise.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
Salary range of $22-$24 per hour, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
