1. Contribute to the brand's sales growth within the boutique.
2. Represent the brand values and provide guidelines for outstanding customer service.
3. Manage client relationships in the boutique, aiming to sell products and accurately present the brand image.
4. Build customer loyalty through CRM actions, including contact and information retrieval, follow-up activities, and event organization.
5. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through e-communication.
6. Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues effectively, benefiting both the business and the client.
