- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and a strong drive for results.
- Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment, offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
- Develop and maintain a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
- Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with detailed stories of the products.
- Collaborate with leadership to resolve client issues effectively, benefiting the business.
- Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
- Locate merchandise at other boutiques for clients and process charge-send sales according to company guidelines.
- Manage individual stock assignments, organizing stock on the floor and in storage areas.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts, protecting boutique assets by following operating procedures.
- Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise when necessary.
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
- Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
- Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships through excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills, including in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
- Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete business and client-related documentation.
- Adaptability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment, responding to evolving business trends.
- Willingness to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to operate necessary equipment, including phone systems, cash registers, sensor-tag removers, computers, and other office equipment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures, and lift at least 30 lbs.

A minimum of 3 years in retail sales and client service, ideally within the luxury consumer goods sector, is required.
The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $22 to $24, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
