1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
2. Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive mindset.

5. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with detailed product stories.

8. Participate in inventory and cycle counts, safeguarding boutique assets.

1. Minimum of two years' experience in retail or hospitality.
2. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.

3. Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.

At least two years of experience in retail or hospitality.
