1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, serving, and advising clients with the highest standards.
2. Cultivate customer loyalty through personalized shopping experiences and relationship building.
3. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and stay informed about current marketing campaigns, new launches, and promotions.
4. Maximize sales potential through add-on sales and achieving individual and departmental targets.
5. Effectively handle customer complaints in collaboration with the line manager.
6. Maintain awareness of sales targets and department performance on a daily and weekly basis.
7. Adhere to stock management procedures and support the team in maintaining high standards of housekeeping and display.
8. Be proficient in selling systems, cash and credit, and exchange procedures.
9. Ensure store security and prevent product theft.
10. Operate in accordance with company administration systems and procedures to minimize losses.
11. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute positively.
12. Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.

1. Previous experience in luxury fashion retail.
2. Fluency in a second language is preferred.
3. Passion for Christian Dior and its collections.
4. Strong knowledge of fashion and current trends.

2. Proficiency in selling systems and retail procedures.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury fashion retail is required.
