- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
- Maintain a client-focused environment, providing exceptional service in-person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
- Develop and manage a local and international client book, recruiting and cultivating top clients.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and engage clients with detailed product stories.
- Collaborate with leadership to resolve client issues effectively and beneficially for the business.
- Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
- Locate merchandise at other boutiques for clients and process charge-send sales accurately.
- Manage individual stock assignments, organizing stock on the floor and in storage areas.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts, safeguarding boutique assets by adhering to operating procedures.
- Assist in packing or wrapping customer merchandise when necessary.
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
- Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
- Ability to develop strong relationships through effective communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Outstanding customer service skills across various communication channels.
- Ability to read, count, and write to complete business and client documentation accurately.
- Adaptability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Capability to operate necessary equipment, including phone systems, cash registers, and computers.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures, lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Adherence to company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.

Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
The selected candidate will receive a salary ranging from $24 to $26 per hour, plus bonus eligibility.
