1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
2. Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and a strong drive for results.
3. Provide exceptional client service in-person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
4. Develop a robust client book with local and international clients, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and engage clients with detailed product stories.
6. Collaborate with leadership to resolve client issues effectively.
7. Support boutique operations, including floor moves, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
8. Assist in locating merchandise across boutiques and accurately process charge-send sales.
9. Manage individual stock assignments and participate in inventory counts.
10. Ensure the protection of boutique assets by adhering to operating procedures.
11. Assist with packing or wrapping customer purchases as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
2. Strong business acumen with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
3. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships through effective communication and organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in providing outstanding customer service across various communication channels.
5. Capability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
7. Proficiency in operating necessary equipment, including phone systems and cash registers.
8. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise, including lifting up to 30 lbs.
9. Adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.

Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.

Salary range of $21-$24 per hour, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
