1. Present the Dior collection and convey the brand's dream to clients.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to all clientele.
3. Actively engage in sales and promote the Dior collection.
4. Maintain the CRM system to prepare for personalized client appointments.
5. Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients.
6. Participate in stock management and support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as required.

1. Degree in a relevant field.
2. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related industry.
3. Retail experience is preferred.

2. Outstanding customer service abilities.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Basic computer proficiency.
5. Professional image with strong sales presentation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Minimum of 3 years in a sales, customer service, or related industry.

Degree in a relevant field.
