1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
2. Provide exceptional client service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
3. Develop and maintain a robust client book, fostering both local and international client relationships.
4. Demonstrate strong product knowledge and engage clients with detailed product stories.
5. Collaborate with the leadership team to resolve client issues effectively.
6. Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
7. Locate merchandise at other boutiques for clients and process charge-send sales.
8. Organize stock on the floor and in storage, participate in inventory counts, and protect boutique assets.
9. Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise when necessary.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
2. Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
3. Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and organizational skills.
4. Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales and client service, preferably within the luxury consumer goods sector.

Hourly wage ranging from $24 to $26 USD.
