1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
2. Maintain a client-focused environment offering best-in-class service.
3. Develop and maintain a local and international client book.
4. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with product stories.
5. Support floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
6. Assist in locating merchandise at other boutiques and process charge-send sales.
7. Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
8. Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise.

1. At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
2. Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity and fashion.
3. Ability to develop strong relationships through communication and organization skills.
4. Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and electronically.
5. Ability to read, count, and write to complete business and client documentation.
6. Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
7. Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
8. Ability to operate necessary equipment such as phone systems and cash registers.
9. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 30 lbs.
10. Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards.

Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.

USD 24 to 26 per hour.
