1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.

3. Develop and maintain a robust client book, engaging both local and international clients.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and effectively communicate the stories and details of the products to clients.

6. Support boutique operations, including floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
7. Assist in locating merchandise at other boutiques and accurately process charge-send sales according to company guidelines.
8. Manage individual stock assignments and participate in inventory and cycle counts.
9. Assist in packing or wrapping merchandise for clients when necessary.

1. Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.

3. Ability to provide outstanding customer service across various communication channels.
4. Proficiency in adjusting priorities and managing time in a fast-paced environment.
5. Capability to operate necessary equipment, including phone systems, cash registers, and computers.

Minimum of 3 years in retail sales and client service, ideally within the luxury sector.
