1. Sell products and contribute to the growth of sales in the store.
2. Increase clients’ engagement and loyalty by conveying Dior values.
3. Maintain outstanding customer service as per company standards.
4. Achieve sales targets through effective use of selling techniques, clienteling, and product knowledge.
5. Identify customers’ expectations and complete transactions successfully.
6. Demonstrate teamwork for all kinds of cooperation.
7. Monitor sales targets and department performance on a daily and monthly basis.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure each customer receives consistent and professional service.
9. Represent the boutique in greeting customers and provide pleasant customer service.
10. Fill out and update the client book, building relationships with customers.
11. Provide support in stock management.
12. Ensure the upkeep of the selling space and the image of the store.
13. Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping, and Christian Dior standards within the boutique.
14. Perform delegated tasks efficiently.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.

1. Good command of Thai.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Chinese Mandarin is a plus.
4. Computer literacy.
5. Excellent cross-selling skills.
6. Service-oriented.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Able to work independently.
9. Genuine passion for luxury and an interest in the retail and fashion industry.

At least 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods setting.

Full-time, 6-month contract.
