1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
2. Provide exceptional client service in-person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
3. Develop and maintain a robust client book, fostering relationships with local and international clients.
4. Demonstrate strong product knowledge and engage clients with detailed stories of the products.
5. Collaborate with the leadership team to resolve client issues effectively.
6. Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
7. Locate merchandise at other boutiques for clients and accurately process charge-send sales.
8. Manage individual stock assignments and participate in inventory and cycle counts.
9. Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise when necessary.

1. Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
2. Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
3. Ability to develop strong relationships through effective communication, organization, and follow-through.
4. Proficiency in reading, counting, and writing to complete business and client-related documentation accurately.
5. Adaptability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.

3. Ability to operate necessary equipment, including phone systems, cash registers, and computers.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 30 lbs.
5. Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in retail sales and client service within a luxury environment.
