1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
2. Maintain a client-focused environment offering best-in-class service.
3. Develop and maintain a local and international client book.
4. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with product stories.
5. Support boutique operations including merchandising and inventory management.
6. Assist in resolving client issues in partnership with the leadership team.

1. At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
2. Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity and fashion.
3. Ability to develop strong relationships through communication and organizational skills.
4. Outstanding customer service skills in person, over the phone, and electronically.
5. Ability to read, count, and write to complete business and client documentation.
6. Adaptability to fast-paced environments and evolving business trends.
7. Willingness to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

2. Ability to operate necessary equipment such as phone systems and cash registers.
3. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 30 lbs.

Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
